Cancel or downgrade

1. Open Billing and choose Manage billing.
2. Cancel or switch plans in the Stripe billing page.

Monthly plans stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Annual plans can be cancelled for a prorated refund in the first 30 days; after that they run to the end of the year. Your sites, people, and settings are kept on the free plan.
