Prices in USD. Annual billing is two months free. Taxes may apply. Overage is billed monthly at your plan's rate, and you can set a hard cap.

What happens when I run out of credits?
Paid plans keep working and bill overage at your plan's rate at the end of the month. You can set a hard monthly cap on the Usage page so you never pay more than you planned. On the Free plan, person-level results pause until the next month while company-level ID keeps working.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, for one month on paid plans. Credits expire at the end of the month after the one they were issued in.
Is it really one wallet for every product?
Yes. Visitor ID, Shopper ID, and the Data API and MCP all draw from the same credits. No separate subscriptions.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled for a prorated refund in the first 30 days.
Why is person-level ID US-only?
Privacy law in the EU, UK, and Canada requires opt-in consent before identifying an individual visitor. Company-level ID works worldwide, and we turn it on outside the US only after your consent banner has recorded consent.
How accurate is it?
We publish our match and accuracy rates every quarter on the Trust page, measured against a holdout set of known visitors. Don't buy from anyone who won't show you theirs.
