Am I in WhoLayer's data? How to find out or opt out

What WhoLayer is

WhoLayer helps businesses recognize visitors to their own websites. If you visited a site that uses WhoLayer, that business may have seen your name, work details, or email. If you got an email you didn't expect after browsing a store, it may have come through a service like ours.

What you can ask for

• Stop selling or sharing your information (opt out)
• Delete your information
• Tell you what information we have
• Correct it
• Limit use of sensitive information

How

1. Go to the privacy request page.
2. Choose what you want and enter your email address. Send one request per email address you use.
3. You'll get a confirmation email with a reference number.

Opt-outs and deletions take effect on our suppression list immediately. We complete every request within 45 days, and may email you to confirm it's really you. You can also email privacy@wholayer.com.

To stop emails from a specific company, use the unsubscribe link in their email as well; they're required to honor it.
