Send identified visitors to Slack

Post each match to a Slack channel with a Slack incoming webhook.

In Slack, create an incoming webhook for the channel you want (Slack's help center explains how: search "incoming webhooks"). Copy the URL, which starts with https://hooks.slack.com/.
In WhoLayer, open Destinations, choose Slack, and paste the URL.
Add filters so only the visitors you care about post to the channel.
Click Send test. A sample message should appear in Slack within seconds.
