I don't see any visitors
Work through these checks in order; most issues are the tag, the site key, or the domain.
- Is the tag on the page? Open your site, view the page source, and search for
cdn.wholayer.com/t.js. If it isn't there, the install didn't publish (or a cache needs clearing). - Is the site key right? The
data-sitevalue must match the key under Sites exactly. - Is the domain right? Live sites only accept visits from the domain you entered and its subdomains. If your store runs on
shop.example.combut you enteredexample-store.com, visits are ignored. - Is Global Privacy Control on in your browser? Brave and some privacy extensions send it, and the tag deliberately sends nothing. Test in a normal Chrome or Safari window.
- Are you outside the US? Without consent, nothing is recorded for non-US visitors. See consent banners.
- Is the page excluded? Check Excluded paths under Sites.
- Is it a sandbox site? Sandbox shows fictional test people. Turn sandbox off for real matches.
- Out of credits on the free plan? Person matches pause until the 1st; company matches continue.
